She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Carlin and Era Francis Bryant Kirkpatrick, Sr.; her husband Miller Armstrong; her stepdaughter Susan Keyes; and her brother Carlin Kirkpatrick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Watterson (Jerry) of Swansboro and Lyn Hassinger (Rob) of Winchester, VA; her grandchildren, Eryn Ortiz, Ryan Watterson (Ashley), Haley Smith (Craig), Casey Hassinger and Shauna Keyes; and her son-in-law Gene Keyes.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
