He is survived by: his children, Lena S. Cogdill, Allison Davis, Avery Billy Hollifield, Jr., Spencer Davis, Eugene Davis and Vernon Davis; his sister Wanda Class; and his grandchildren, Erikah Allen, Heather Forbes, Jesikah Norton, Braxton Davis and Arial Davis. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
