He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Duncan and Myrtle Duncan; his wife Gaye Duncan; his sons, Jeff and Steve Duncan; his grandson Ian Blankenship; and his brothers, Joe, Carl and John Duncan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila Blankenship and Judy Coltrane (Fred); his daughter-in-law Heather Duncan; his grandchildren, Stephanie Duncan, Sarah, Kyle Coltrane, Eric Teeters, Katelyn Duncan, Kerrigan Ferguson (Bryan) and Samantha Duncan; his great grandchildren, Jaxson Forte and Evie Ferguson; his siblings, Peggy Gant, Robert Duncan and David Duncan (Wanda); and his nephew Juan Gomez.
