He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Herman Sircey and Theola Allman Sircey; and his siblings, Roy Sircey, Herman Sircey, James Sircey and Barbara Lowman.

He is survived by: his children, Angela (Lane Pressley) of Fletcher and Ronnie (Samantha Sircey) of Swannanoa; and his grandchildren, Jessica Frymyer of Mt. Ulla, NC, Janie Sircey of Vernon, CT and William Orin Barger of Hickory, NC.
