It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Dane King of Swannanoa, North Carolina, who passed away on July 30, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine Black Boyd and Herbert King; his daughter Alexandra; and his siblings, Ron King and Martha Elizabeth King.

He is survived by: his wife Doris; his daughter Michelle Burleson (Travis); his grandson Alexander; his brother Doug King (Caye); and his stepfather Gilmer Boyd. He is also survived by brothers in Christ and close friends.
