She is survived by: her parents, Richard Carroll Williams and Linda Moore Williams; her husband Ricky Owenby; her daughter Brittany Ebert (Dustin) of Lincolnton, NC; her sister Mary Little (Guy) of Asheville; her grandchildren, Sharlotte Joyce Ebert of Lincolnton, Dawson and Tucker Ebert; her niece Alison Marie Little; and her nephew Allen William Little of Asheville.
