She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lee Roy Tapp and Mafra Lingerfelt Tapp. She is survived by: her significant other Robert Best; and her children, Lesa Keil (Keith) of Lillington and Greg Cooper (Robin) of Swannanoa. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
