He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Holcombe and Myrtle Combes Holcombe; his grandparents, Vernie S. Holcombe and Fushia T. Holcombe; his aunt Wilma Pearl Holcombe; and his friend Thelma Jean Carver Sawyer.
He is survived by: his brother Barry Lee Holcombe of Fort Worth, TX; and his children, Chris, Mark, Tom, Teresa, Lisa (Jerry Kerby) and Conn Terrace of Lexington, KY.
Big Jack had a big heart for all children and the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations in Big Jack's memory be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 110 Conn Terrace, Lexington, KY 40502.
