Howard Edmonds Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 97, Howard Edmonds of Swannanoa, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Howard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Howard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Nell Ledford Edmonds; his son Jeff Edmonds (Mandie Mueller); and his niece Jan Gray.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (962 Old US Hwy 70, Black Mountain, NC 28711).
