She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Morris; the father of her children Jimmy Mack Reese; her son Richard Morris Reese; her sister Edith Allen; and her brother-in-law Alvin Clark.
She is survived by: her son J. Michael Reese (Zarella Ore); her grandchildren, Brandon Reese, Samantha Carroll and Yexalen Ore; her great grandchildren, Amelia and Maverick Carroll; her sister Barbara Clark; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Allen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
