Genell Whitson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genell Whitson of Swannanoa, North Carolina, who passed away on August 28, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hassie Whitson and Macie Honeycutt Whitson; her sister-in-law Judith "Judy" Whitson; and her niece Angela "Genell" Whitson. She is survived by: her brothers, Edwin Michael Whitson (Violet) of Marion, NC and Charles Clell Whitson of Burnsville, NC; and her close friend Arthur Cameron. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
