He is survived by: his wife Jessica Hallback; and his siblings, Charles Hallback of Monterey, CA, Terri Hallback of Black Mountain, Sharon Carpenter (Larry) of Robbinsville, NC and Sarah Hallback of Fairview. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
