He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Lee West and Anita Wyatt West; his brother Christopher Phillip West of Asheville, NC; and his half-brother Harley West Jr. of Spartanburg, SC.. He is survived by: his brother Mark Anthony West (Michelle Koepke West) of Swannanoa, NC; his fiancée Jennifer Hart of Swannanoa, NC; and his half-sister Joann Lee West Ramirez.
Due to the pandemic concerns, there will be a small family memorial service held on Sunday, October 24, 2021, at 4:00, at the Calvary Free Will Baptist Church, 2176 US-70, Swannanoa, NC 28778.
