She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Theodore Lewis and Revonda Brown Lewis (Rhew); her husband Thurman Allen; her stepfather Arnold Rhew (Gabe); and her siblings, Theodore Lewis (Tink), Wayne Lewis and Linda Rhew.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Inman (Rick), Cheri Denison (Scott) and Dewayne Allen (Tiffany); her siblings, Samuel Lewis, Judy Jones, Edna Crowe and Susan Rhew; her stepdaughters, Diane Leyting and Debbie Miller; and her grandchildren, Andrew, April, Ashley, Hunter, Jason, Thurman (TW), Serenity, Spencer and Tristen. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
