He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Elliott Strimple and Eleanor Weaver Strimple; and his sister Cherie. He is survived by: his wife Bette Strimple; his sons, Ryan Strimple (Kim Black) of Swannanoa, NC, Josh Strimple (Chris) of Charleston, SC and Peter Strimple (Magen) of Hampstead, NC; his siblings, Bob, Patty, Etta and Janie; and his grandchildren, Grace, Charlie, Runa and Wyatt.
