He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stafford of Surf City, NC; his children, Nancy Nix of Wilmington, NC and Eric Stafford (Colleen) of Cary, NC; his grandchildren, Cash Nix of Wilmington, NC, Claire and Ella Cate Stafford of Cary, NC; and his brother Danny Stafford of Siloam Springs, AR. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
