He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Perry and Mae Perry (Wachaus); his significant other Macrina Fox; and his brothers, Ralph Perry and Leroy Perry.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Edward Perry, Jr. (Margaret) and Heather Perry; and his grandchildren, William Perry, Ava Perry and Brady Nguyen. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
