He is survived by: his wife Linda Croom Capps; his daughter Kimberly D. Capps; his granddaughter Brinkley Dinsmore; his sisters-in-law, Priscilla Croom Crowe and Anne Croom Campbell; his sister Gloria Capps Davis; his nephews, Ronald Davis, Jason Davis, Stewart Campbell and Gil Thomas; and his niece Lisa Thomas Ray.
