He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clemmons and Maggie Clemmons; his siblings, James Clemmons, Jerry Clemmons and Linda Hardwick; and his son-in-law Fred Cayer.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Clemmons; his daughters, Juanita Cayer and Tamy Clemmons (Johnnie Clay Smith); his siblings, Charles Clemmons (Shirley) and Judy Dudney (Kent); his granddaughters, Amanda Wooten, Mollie Rutledge (Bill) and Shanna Bellows; and his friend Bobby Crissman. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; host of nieces and nephews.
