He was predeceased by: his parents, William Heafner and Margaret Heafner. He is survived by: his wife Susan Heafner; his sons, Luke Heafner (Allison) and Jon Heafner; his grandchildren, Kendall Heafner and Kinsley Heafner; and his sister Wanda Heafner Hartis.
