She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Jennings Vannoy and Helen Mae Vannoy; her husband Thomas Franklin Sr.; her siblings, Barbara Ann Riley and Jay Vannoy; her sons, Thomas Franklin Jr., Todd Franklin and Timothy Franklin; and her sister Mary Vannoy. She was also cherished by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
