She is survived by: her children, Gary Simmons, Carolyn Smigiel (Kenneth) of Supply and Pam Frink of Supply; and her grandchildren, Wendy Bell, Daniel Simmons, Tabitha Hardee, Tara Haviland, Emily Smigiel, Chad Frink and Kayla Frink. She is also survived by eleven great-great grandchildren.
