With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Cook of Supply, North Carolina, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on March 26, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Ward and Ida Cox Ward; her husband Jarvis Everette Cook; and her sister Connie Whitaker. She is survived by: her sons, Derrick Smith (Tina Marie) of Supply and Jeff Cook (Kellie) of Asheboro, NC; her brother Howard Ward, Jr.; and her granddaughter Kaitlyn Kimrey (Blake) of Asheboro.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sharon United Methodist Church or Brunswick County Animal Protective Service.
