He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Parker and Clyde Parker; and his wife Emma King Parker. He is survived by: his children, Tony Parker (Kristen) and Dotti Heinold (Clint); his grandchildren, Kyle, Rebecca Parker, Trace, Alex and Jackson Heinold; his sister Lualda Brinkley; his sister-in-law Sandra Boone; his niece Dawn Thompson; his nephews, Joey Brinkley and Wayne King; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Anna Emery, Erin King, Patrick, Simon Emery, Austin Brinkley and Kyle King.
