He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Murphy and Florence D. Murphy; and his sister Cynthia Moran. He is survived by: his spouse Kim Murphy; his children, Ryan Murphy (Kaitlin) of Alexandria, VA and Katie Rettinger (Rick) of Chatsworth, NJ.; his grandchildren, Miles and Piper Murphy; his sister Christine Murphy Richardson (Jack) of Richmond, VA; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie DiPaolo (late Glenn), Jill Houck and Mary Bakey (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Foster-Warne Funeral Home (250 White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ 08106). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Locustwood Memorial Park (1500 Rte 70 W, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002).
