It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Phelps Batson (Supply, North Carolina), who passed away on September 27, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Phelps and Bertha Phelps; her close friend Clarence "Buddy" Davis; and her siblings, Vivian Phelps, Warren, Floyd, Charlie and Cecil.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Batson Croom (Jim Croom) and George Batson (Jo Batson); her sister Flossie Clemmons; and her grandsons, Brian Clemmons, Arty Phelps and Jimmy Phelps. She is also survived by seven siblings.
