She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Proctor and Pearl Jones Proctor; and her brothers, Bobby and Archie Proctor. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra "Sandy" Rhodes (Lloyd); and her siblings, Luke Proctor of Crisp, NC, Jimmy Proctor of Pinetops, NC and Linda Howlett of Columbia, NC. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of White Funeral & Cremation Service (603 Ocean Hwy E, Bolivia, NC 28422). A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at the Silent Grove Cemetery (1763 Holden Beach Rd SW, Supply, NC 28462).
