We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2018, at the age of 79, Dorothy Sowers (Supply, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Peggy Rummage, Bobby Lee Bailey and Lewis Jack Carter; and her brother-in-law Bill Sowers. She is survived by: her grandsons, Waylon Hanes, Kelton Hanes of Lexington, NC, Sherry Hanes (Jimmy), Zack Hanes of Lexington, NC and Tyler Hanes (Meredith Allred) of Landis, NC.; and her siblings, Sallie Buie of Denton, NC, Joe Bailey (Judy) of Mocksville, NC, Gray Carter (Ruby) of Advance, NC, Felix Rummage of Lexington, NC and Don Sowers of Supply, NC.. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews, and a host of relatives and beloved friends.
