She is survived by: her husband Tommy Church; her children, Bobby Wayne Church and Cynthia LeAnne Ridenhour; her son-in-law Jeremy Ridenhour; her grandchildren, Collin Neil Ray Ridenhour, Jaden Marie Keith, Nathan Earl Church, Taylor Janelle West and Gabriel Alexander West; and her siblings, Jackie Miller (Glinda Miller), Carrie Josey and Scotty Miller (Berguittia Marshall).
