It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice Garner of Supply, North Carolina, who passed away on December 23, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Beatrice had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Beatrice may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her son Brian Garner; and her siblings, Joe Louis Venable, Regina Venable, Hazel Bowie and Myrtle Garner.
She is survived by: her children, Wallace Garner of Bowie, MD, Diane Jeter (Herb) of Supply, NC, Gary Garner (Gloria) of Richmond, VA and Glenn Garner (Patricia) of York, SC; and her siblings, Lawrence Venable (Virginia) of Jacksonville, FL and Aleane Ferrell of Washington, DC. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
