Alvin Guy Burlingame Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alvin Guy Burlingame of Supply, North Carolina, who passed away on February 24, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Dudley Burlingame and Grace Tretolo Burlingame; his former wife Alice Burlingame; and his siblings, Daniel Burlingame and Katherine Newton.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Burlingame; his sons, Scott Burlingame (Anne) of Longwood, FL and Todd Burlingame (Shannon) of New Bern; and his stepsons, Donald Dixon Jr. (Ellie) of Bolivia and Daniel Dixon (Michele) of Bolivia. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was the proud owner of Al's golf shop and built and donated many clubs for local charity tournaments and children.
