He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie O'Brien Holden and Julia Lancaster Holden of Supply. He is survived by: his sister Susan Holden of Supply; his uncles, Eugene Lancaster (Gale) of Supply, Tex Holden (Rose) of Supply and Cortland Varnam (Bobbie) of Supply; and his great-aunt Virginia Norton of Shallotte. He is also survived by niece; a nephew; and many cousins.
