He was predeceased by: his parents, Rozard Polizzotti and Molly Polizzotti. He is survived by: his wife Janet Ann; his children, Daniel Polizzotti (Susan) of Sunset Beach, Victor Polizzotti and Diane Mancuso (Robert); his stepchildren, James Giroud (Barbara) of Calabash, Mark Giroud (Karen) of Taylorsville, NC, Steven Giroud of Currie, NC and Lisa Phillips (Gilbert); and his sister Mary Noorigian (Leon) of Calabash. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; three great grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; two nieces and a nephew.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
