He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Ralph O'Harrow and Thelma Louise Thurou O'Harrow; and his brother Harry O'Harrow. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Gholson O'Harrow; his children, Ralph "Ted" O'Harrow, Jr. of Sunset Beach, NC and Anne Saleeby of Fayetteville, NC; his sister Margie Joan Smith of Stuart, FL; and his grandsons, Alex and Nicholas Saleeby.
