He was predeceased by: his parents, David Baxter and Armilla Mortz Baxter; and his siblings, Carl Baxter and Jeannie Lombardi. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mousseau Baxter; his children, Jason Baxter and Jennifer Smith (Jeffrey); and his grandchildren, Brieanna and Katelynn.
A Mass was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church (5105 Ocean Hwy W, Shallotte, NC 28470).
