She was predeceased by : her parents, Hoke Smith and Dot Smith of Kipling, NC.. She is survived by : her husband C. Davis Bradley of Raleigh; her children, Jeff Bradley (Arianne) and Taylor Behm (Cliff); her grandchildren, Lane, Isabella, Jackson, Caroline, Conor and Zoe; her sister Susan Vuncannon (Jerry); and her sister-in-law Nita Campbell (Doug). She is also survived by cousins, many nieces and nephews, and special friends.
COVID-19 protocols will be followed and the immediate adult family has been fully vaccinated.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests making a donation to the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Hospice - https://lifecare.org who took such amazing care of Kathy.
