He is survived by : his wife Juanita Turner Heiser; his sons, Jan David Heiser, Jr. of Texas and Jeffrey Wayne Heiser of Kentucky; his stepdaughter Anita Webb Higgs; his grandchildren, Alex Heiser, Damien Heiser of California and Fawn Spacke of Colorado; his stepgrandsons, Jeffrey Higgs and Kevin Higgs; his great grandchildren, Adagon Spacke of Colorado, Trinity Spacke of Colorado, Colt Spacke of Colorado and Phalan Spacke of Colorado; his siblings-in-law, Gladys Heiser of Kentucky, Jenny Campbell, Peggy Hall, Dorothy Deloatch of Ohio, Elizabeth Craven, Clyde Turner and Jerry Turner; his nephews, John and Mark Heiser of Kentucky; and his niece Debbie Hembree of Kentucky.
