She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Kloeppel and Loyce Bailey Kloeppel; and her husband Curtis Small. She is survived by: her children, Dianne Ring of Sunbury, Linda Nowlin of Corapeake and Jimmy Small (Tracy) of Corapeake. She is also survived by five granddaughters and five great-grandchildren.
