He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeb Case and Ima Strader Case; and his siblings, Zeb Case Jr., J. C. Case, Wesley Case and Mary Case Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret J. Case; his children, Ronald Case Jr. (Ashley) of Archdale and Kimberly Case Redmon (David) of Summerfield; his grandchildren, Courtney Carter (Cody), Tucker Case (Gabi) and Anna Case; his great grandchildren, Lucas Wilson and Colby Carter; his sister Alma Wilson; and his sister-in-law Polly Case.
