He is survived by: his wife Barbara Anderson Payne; his son Mark Andrew Payne (Annette); his grandchildren, Justin Payne (Emily) and Emily Payne; his aunt Betty Beshears; his cousins, Becky and Debbie; and his nieces, Ellen Markle and Stephanie Wilser.
