She is survived by: her parents, Douglas Wayne Isley and Lucy Parrish Isley of Stokesdale; her husband Charles M. Presnell; her brother Roger Isley (Debbie) of Midway; her nephew Korey Isley (Jessica); her great-nieces, Emery and Aspen Isley; her aunts, Lois Fulp (Wayne Roberson) and Etta Baker; and her uncle Bill Isley.
