With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Hancock Simmons of Summerfield, North Carolina, who passed away on December 7, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Karen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Karen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Baptist Church (4079 Battleground Ave, Greensboro, NC 27410). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Charity Baptist Church and/or Samaritan's Purse.
