He was predeceased by: his parent Charlie Reid Tuggle. He is survived by: his parent Minnie Smith Tuggle; his wife Jo Ann Tuggle; his children, Kim Tuggle Shelton (Mike) of Summerfield and Randy Tuggle (Susan) of Greensboro; his grandchild Lauren Childrey; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy Childrey and Ella Childrey.
