He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Lester; his siblings, Dorothy Wall, James "Jim" and Billy Moore; his siblings-in-law, Doris Moore, Donald Tilly, John Hudson and Aaron Sands; his niece Sheila Moore; and his nephews, Donnie and David Hudson.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Knight Moore; his son William Chad Moore (Cheryl) of Reidsville; his siblings, Mary Anna Hudson of Greensboro, Yvonne Sands, Edna Tilly of Reidsville, Brenda Holt (Kenny) of Summerfield and Douglas Moore (Nancy) of Reidsville; and his brother-in-law Lowell "Buck" Wall of Reidsville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
