He is survived by: his wife Karen Meacham (McCollum); his sons, Christopher Meacham (Felicia Hambrick) of Federal Way, WA and Jonathan Meacham (Katherine Fallows) of Syracuse, NY; his stepchildren, Erin Mitchell (Campfield) of Lexington, NC and Evan Campfield of Summerfield, NC; his sister Wanda Meredith Nance (Wes Nance) of Denton, NC; his stepmother Donna O'Dell of Washburn, IL; and his former wife Mary Wagstaff (Cleve Wagstaff) of Clarksville, VA. He is also survived by several cousins and aunts and uncles.
