We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2021, at the age of 82, Douglas Carlton Phillips of Summerfield, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Garfield Phillips and Lucille Essick Phillips; and his siblings, Diane Phillips-Deaton of High Point, NC and Randy of Mt. Airy, NC.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Euliss Phillips of Greensboro, NC; his son Douglas Brian Phillips (Amy) of Belews Creek, NC; his grandson Brandon Phillips of Kernersville, NC.; and his siblings, Kathy (Blair), Sandy of Pleasant Garden, NC., Ricky (Mary) of Kernersville, NC and Gregory of Clemmons, NC.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials made be made to the North Carolina Kidney Foundation, 7413 Six Forks Rd #225, Raleigh, NC 27615.
