He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Devereaux Wade and Margie Bullard Wade. He is survived by: his brother-in-law John Capps; his niece Jennifer Capps; his wife Teri Wade; his children, Conrad Devereaux Wade, III (Becky) and Sarah Vogan (Cody); his granddaughters, Gwyneth, Allison, Evelyn, Violet and Eleanor Maya; and his sisters, Rita, Sheryl (Ed) and Linda (David).
