With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Cathy Yountz Young (Summerfield, North Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Young; her children, Felicia Young, James Barber, Jr., Chris Young, Brian Barber, Sabrina Cook and Michael Barber; and her brothers, Chris Yountz, Al Yountz and Darrin Yountz.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Summerfield Peace United Methodist Church (2334 Scalesville Rd, Summerfield, NC 27358).
