He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Lee and Lucile McGary Mize; and his brothers, Nathan and Glen Mize. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Mize; his sons, Samuel (Amber) and Gary (Lora); and his grandchildren, Sawyer, Zane, Collin, Levi and Everett.
