She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Mildred Sharpe Southard; her former husband Clarence W. Hornaday, Jr.; and her husband Edward V. Isley. She is survived by: her sons, Nathan Hornaday of Summerfield, David Hornaday of Rockingham County and Mark Hornaday of Greensboro; her siblings, Rachel McDonald, Erma Ruiz and Benny Southard; and also Randy Isley of Mebane. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
